Breakfast Guacamole
- 5 Hardboiled Eggs
- 2 Avocado
- 1/4 C Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. Jalapeño, minced
- 1 Tomato, small dice
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 tsp. Salt and Pepper
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and smash together until chunky. Serve with a toasted tortilla and roll hard!
